This is just a sketch.
I have paired the characters from both shows up with the one who is most like each other.
Starfire/Kitty:
They are both very cheerful and have possitive views on life. They are ready to figth for their friends. They are both awfull cooks and don't know it.
Robin/Scott:
Both are natural born leaders. They are both strong figthers who are a little too keen on trainning. They are both serisous but understand to let loose and have fun.
Beast boy/Kurt:
Both are the prankers of the show. They like to have fun with their friends, often by playing pranks on them. Non of them are aible to blend into a croud of people without help. Both have a troubled past that pains them sometimes.
Raven/Rogue:
Both are inhibited by their powers to live a normal life. They both has choosen to have a dark view on life and tends to keep themselfs away from others. They both have a deep wish to be like others, but accepts their situation.
Cyborg/Evan:
Both has a strong a attachment to their object of transportation. They both will do anything to stop their nemesis. When Evan's powers evolve even further he is unaible to remove his body armor and just be a human again, just like Cyborg.

elleboe dude this is wrong. Do not differ the size! Jean was supposed to be with Starfire, Kitty with Terra and Raven with Rogue since they are the same size just like Beast boy with Kurt, Raven with Rogue (both are the same size) Robin with Scott (more or less). Get it that Robin and Spiderman / Peter Parker are the same age and size.
